There's so many employees, all of which seem to hate their job and avoid registers at all costs. Many times I've seen two long lines and several near stalking shelves or dinking around at the customer service area. It must be a hostile work environment, toxic leadership or lack of leadership because I see at least one new employee I go in to get a drink.
Good store if you just wanna grab a drink or snack. Their meat department is worse quality than a Wal-Mart. Meat is not fresh. I asked if there was tenderloin cuts and the meat guy just looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about, so I said nevermind and walked away. Produce is subpar as well. A produce worker doesn't even know what turnips are...
The checkouts are ridiculous! Not only do you have an insane wait, but I'm pretty convinced every person hates their job. Self checkout would be nice considering the only time I go there is to get Starbucks and small items. I avoid it if I can. Go to Smiths, or even Walmart.
Very convenient that it is close. Good food. Great customer service. They have some items that smiths and Walmart don't have that's nice. The salad bar is very good. I like that reward points you get. Easy to find anything you need, being a smaller store.
Nice staff but the inside is not very nice. The stuff is more expensive but they have most anything you need so they are very convenient.
Over. Priced. I get convenience, but come on! $2 for a green bell pepper?? Not only that, most of the produce is either gone, or not signed with prices.
Ace hardware is the only good thing that came out of ridleys. I'm willing to lose Ace though to shut ridleys down and turn it into a Harmons.
Love having this place in Eagle Mountain. Lots of good stuff in the deli and meat department. They always have what I need and are convenient.
